Sea Cliff is updating its zoning code.

Following the adoption of the new Comprehensive Plan, the Village has begun updating its zoning regulations according to the recommendations detailed in the Plan. This website provides all information related to the process, draft and final zoning text changes (when available), and a calendar of public events.

The zoning update was made possible through funding from the New York State Department of State Environmental Protection Fund as part of their Smart Growth Program.
